About Me

Howdy!

I’ve been modeling and printing various things for a little over 6 years now, and it’s been quite a passion of mine.

The ability to take a digital model and turn it into a real physical object is just incredible to me. It feels like the closest thing we have to a future like star trek and i love it.

My story begins in the summer of 2022 when i got my first classic car, a 1968 Oldsmobile Delmont 88. it wasn’t anything special but i loved it and drove it as much as one could with something that got maybe 10MPG.

The car had turn signal lenses on the very front, they stuck out a bunch and were the first thing to get smashed if you hit anything. Understandably, when i got the car, 1 lens was smashed and the other was cracked but in one piece.

When i looked to buy some replacements i was staggered to find the only set on eBay was $600! For clear plastic! If you were thinking to yourself “What the heck is a Delmont?” you wouldn’t be the first. Nobody remembered them and nobody made new parts.

Floored by the absolute insanity of that price, the desire to restore my car, and the lack of having 600 bucks to burn on lenses, i decided to bust out my calipers and take a shot at making them myself.

It took me awhile to get the shape down, it was deceptively complex and barely had any flat edges. But after a few test fits, i got myself a blank that fit in place

Some further fiddling was needed to get my printer to make the part transparent enough to be used as a lens, but with some trial and error i finally had the completed piece.

I realized that i could do a lot for classic cars with my printer, so i started to hone my skills. Eventually i got the opportunity to start making some custom pieces for a classic car shop, i mainly made custom vintage air vents for them so they could fit the boxes into weird & tight spaces.

Now i’ve decided it’s time for me to use my skills with making parts and take this seriously. As you can see i have a love for classic cars but automotive parts are far from the only thing i can make for you!

I’ve made custom signs, replica props, and a bunch of other random stuff, both for myself and for others. If you’re not sure if i can make you something, please contact me and tell me about what you need!

Here’s a fun random compilation of some of the things i’ve made. Designs are made by me unless otherwise noted. Full Names on custom signs have been redacted for the customer’s privacy.
